Shipping
We offer free shipping within the United States on all orders over $50. For orders under $50, there is a flat $10 shipping charge. All orders are inclusive of customs and duties charges.
Standard fulfillment is 4-7 business days from the time of order. We ship with USPS/UPS but occasionally will use FedEx/DHL depending on rates. If you need expedited shipping, please contact us.
Outside the U.S.? We recommend ordering through our Etsy shop, where duties and taxes are automatically calculated at checkout for a smoother experience. You can check out our Etsy page here.
Returns
We're a small team delivering handmade goods, so we're unable to accept returns or exchanges. However if your order arrives damaged, broken, or defective we'll make it right — just reach out within 7 days of delivery at hello@magdamade.co
