Baskets are traditionally made and used by the Cubeo indigenous group - a community living in Colombia’s southeastern Amazon rainforest - to carry food and supplies. Made from bejuco yaré, a resilient and natural vine fiber native to South America.

Handwoven by artisans weaving with Aviá Arte Sano in Mitú, Vaupés, Colombia.
